Great place to stay. Beautiful house. We were in the area for work but would love to come back sometime for vacation.

We rented the entire complex for a reunion with ~20 people [and had] more than enough sleeping and cooking accommodations…. Booking directly on the Equestrian House website worked well; they answered all questions quickly. The property is … spread out between the main log cabin, pool, tennis courts, and cabins [which] required some additional coordination. Overall, a very positive experience.

My family and I had a great stay. Will definitely stay here again. The place is exactly what I’m looking for when trying to get away from the city. The host is highly responsive and respectful. Recommend 10/10.

Peaceful. If you’re looking for nice views, this is the place…. Make sure you pack enough groceries. The nearest market is 25-30 minutes away…. My kids loved spending time here for the free-range opportunity, unlike in the city. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay . . . even the drive to Equestrian House felt relaxing. Our large group of families—around 30 guests—rented out the entire complex. Between hiking, games, and the pool, both the kids and the adults had a great time. . . . The houses were spotless on our arrival, which we really appreciated.

Beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing! Overall the most beautiful stay!! The pool was PHENOMENAL.

The property is gorgeous. Pictures will never do it justice…. Definitely an escape from the city or even the suburbs.

The log cabin was great and spacious. Comfortable, homey feel. We appreciated the bedding and towels that were available. Great home, would highly recommend.

The log cabin was peaceful and quiet, and the stars were fantastic at night. Great views during the day and lots of woods and trails to walk around during a family vacation.

Cozy, very good price, and perfect for our ski trip to Elk Mountain.

Four of us booked a cottage for a night, and the lodging and area were just as described. The grill was in great condition; ample dry wood for the fire pit; the cottage was clean with necessary utensils and lines. The grounds were peaceful and relaxing. We had a great experience, and will likely come back for a longer stay.

Our stay was perfectly peaceful! The amenities on the property were maintained, and the land was truly beautiful. One of my favorite places to stay, and it was a joy to bring the pups!

We stayed at the log cabin over Columbus Day weekend. This is the best fall getaway we’ve been to. The log cabin is a marvelous setting during fall season. Total value for the money! The area is great for leaf peeping. The cabin and all amenities are in very good condition. We regret that we did not stay longer. We will be back here again!

We had such a great time fishing this morning that our kids did not want to leave!  We will definitely be back but want to book the log cabin next time.

An Elk Mountain ski getaway was perfect. Very fresh modern accommodations, comfortable queen bed, WiFi,smart TVs, and great water pressure. We made good use of the kitchenette with full sized stove and coffee maker.

Our stay at the Log Cabin was perfect. The home is so adorable and cozy with plenty of room for our group of nine.  The kitchen was perfect for serving large group meals, there was plenty of room for all to sleep.  We were only able to stay for two nights but definitely plan to come back for a longer stay.

Spent the weekend skiing at Elk Mountain which is about 20 minutes away. Was able use the kitchen to cook food for everyone and dining area was nice. The living room has a big fireplace which was fun to hang around.

Beautiful house, very convenient to Elk Mountain for some great skiing!!

Equestrian House© was very accommodating and willing to help in any way. The house is more beautiful in person than in the photos. I would definitely rent again!

Equestrian House was amazing from keeping in touch with me before arrival.  The Log Cabin was very clean.  The whole stay was amazing.  (Too bad) that I had to come home lol ?
